Effective October 11, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Bulin 47 AI. By using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.
Service description
bulin47ai.art is an independent AI video tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels. The street scene is original and AI-generated; the freestyle audio belongs to its rights holders. Upload only adults who agreed to appear; no celebrities or public figures.
Credits, subscriptions, and payment
Bulin 47 AI sells automated video processing. Each request costs 40 credits for one 10-second vertical MP4 made from one photo, with the freestyle audio from the viral clip. One-time packs do not renew. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Credits are for use on this site and are not creator payouts or tips.
Crypto checkout is available for eligible one-time credit packs. Crypto purchases do not create subscriptions or renew automatically. Available coins and networks depend on the payment amount. We add the purchased credits after the payment provider confirms full payment.
Generation uses credits at the amount shown before submission. The cost is fixed at 40 credits for the described video. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise; tax may be added. Crypto purchases are one-time payments and do not create subscriptions or renew automatically. Purchased subscription and top-up credits roll over and remain available while the account stays active. Credit grants, promotional credits, and plan features may change prospectively.
When offered and selected at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment collection and applicable sales taxes. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed amount and interval when you choose a subscription. Cancel future Waffo renewals in your account under Waffo subscriptions; cancellation preserves the paid period and unused purchased credits.
The payment provider selected at checkout processes payments. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method. Credits are returned for requests that definitely did not start or provider-confirmed terminal failures; uncertain provider outcomes remain held for reconciliation. Monetary refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
AI models and original scene
Bulin 47 AI uses Kling O3 Standard through a third-party video processing service to generate your video. The street scene was generated from text with Kling V3 Standard; it shows fictional people and contains no footage or stills from the viral Bulin 47 clip. The output pairs those AI-generated visuals with the freestyle audio from the viral clip, which belongs to its rights holders. This is an independent service, not an official Kling product, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels.
Before generating, you must confirm that the uploaded photo shows you or an adult who agreed to appear in the AI-generated video, and that it does not show a celebrity, athlete, musician, politician or other public figure. You may not upload photos of children, of strangers, or of anyone who has not agreed.
Do not use results to impersonate anyone, to suggest that a real person said or did something, to harass, shame or sexualize anyone, or to present an AI-generated video as real footage. Label the video as AI-generated where you share it. Publishing a result, including its audio, requires the relevant rights and permissions on the platform you use.
Anyone who appears in a result without consent can ask us to remove it and restrict the responsible account. Email [email protected] or use Report content with the video or page link; we review likeness and consent reports promptly and may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Prohibited content
These rules apply to uploaded photos, generated videos and use of the service. Do not submit, generate or distribute:
- Pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts or other NSFW content.
- Graphic violence, gore, torture or content encouraging real-world violence.
- Hate speech, dehumanization, discrimination or threats targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors or other child exploitation, including synthetic material.
- Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's likeness.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
The studio accepts one photo and uses fixed scene instructions; custom prompts and uploaded videos are unavailable. Report prohibited content or appeal a restriction through Report content or by emailing [email protected]. An operator reviews reports and available records; confirmed violations may lead to content removal or suspension of generation access.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Your content and generated output
You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.
Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.
Availability and changes
Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
